@jakedduck1 There is no way I would make that recipe with onion soup mix, that's so salty. I think some good options have been mentioned though with other dressings. Before I buy a new salad dressing I always check the sugar and sodium content. There are a couple of excellent raspberry ones, one being the Whole Foods brand. The Paul Newman brand isn't too bad either. There are others but I can't remember the names of them.
I have no idea if there are low-sugar cranberry jellies, I make my own. It's very easy and it is very tart. It does have sugar in it though. My son will literally eat it by the bowlful.
I try to stay away from many prepared foods, and if I do buy something that is prepared like salad dressing I always check the nutritional info. Prepared soups of any kind are basically not an option.

@jakedduck1 I would only caution you to buy soups that have a low sodium and sugar content and for me that leaves out any Campbells soup they are to salty The main thing you want to look at is the labels when you buy anything in can . I to never buy prepared foods . Its better to make your own if you can
