Hello,
Still rather concerned about the 2 cruise ships docking in Florida. People can test negative for up to 2 weeks, and in some cases longer, and still shead the the virus.
So many seniors in Florida, it can be a recipe for disaster.
I live in California, and it is bad enough here. Many nursing homes in California are full of cov19 cases, and because of the residences age, they do not survive.
I am a strong supporter of closing our ports of entry, until this thing blows over

@funcountess It certainly is a dilemma. I think if those cruise ships originated in our country and our country was their destination, we have an obligation to let them dock. I try to think of it like what if it was me stuck on there, or a loved one? We can't just leave them out there forever. Of course many precautions have to be taken when the passengers disembark.

@heretaunga1947 NYC has been very hard hit, particularly in Manhattan, it's so congested there. My daughter lives in Manhattan but she and her husband have two residences so she is now at his in Philadelphia which is a huge relief for us. What's happening in Manhattan is frightening and sad. They are running out of body bags. 😩

@fiesty76 Many wealthy New Yorkers have summer places on the shore in Rhode Island. I heard that Rhode Island was trying to stop New York cars at the border and keeping them out but I'm not sure that continued due to the legality of it.
