@contentandwell- I'm coming in here late, I know. JK- Inflammation is exactly what causes bursitis. It's an inflammation of the pads that protect joints. I've had it on and off since I was a kid in my left arm and shoulder area. It's painful.

@contentandwell I live with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis everyday, along with other autoimmune issues, so inflammation is no stranger to me. In this colder/winter weather, some days it is harder to move than others.
