@lioness Hmm, I guess chicken livers are out for me then, I have recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol. I have been prescribed pravastatin which I will pick up at the pharmacy today. There are many of the statins that are not compatible with immunosuppressants and the doctor who prescribed this seemed to know all about that. I did of course check with my transplant team also.
What do you take? Have you had any side-effects from taking a statin?

@contentandwell HI I have throughout the past used many different statins but the only one I will use that helps reduce my cholesterol is rovustatin or Crestor its the only one that works and has brought my cholesterol with normal limits
