If my friend is staying with me I do 0%, my absolute favorite cooking percentage.
When my friend is staying with me she cooks 💯% scratch.
If she isn’t here I probably cook 40% which is grueling. Another friend takes mercy on me part of the time and even though I’m not suppose to I use some frozen stuff which is still an arduous task to get prepared.

40% doesn’t sound bad for someone with your kitchen/cooking phobias. May your life be full of zeros.🤔
