@imallears I am of German ancestry and love sauerkraut which is fermented cabbage . I grew it in my garden and made sauerkraut my self in those big crocks . Delicious now I buy it. So good for you

Keep forgetting about sauerkraut...pan fried pork chop, kraut and braised apples. I like to season a thick bone in chop ....paprika, red pepper, garlic whatever....and then flour it , let it rest and four it again and pan fry in bacon fat if I have it...couple or three minutes each side...juicy...FAST and EASY for Jake. Don’t overcook it Jake.

Then I gnaw on the bone and get the rest of the meat in between my teeth and then floss and then rinse with red wine.
