Frozen tortellini
Swanson’s chicken broth
Frozen peas
Boil water and tortellini
When almost cooked, drain add broth to tortellini. Heat and cook tortellini then add frozen peas. Heat and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

This sounds good but I was thinking it was would be a bit high in sodium then remembered there is sodium free broth. Glad you posted it although looking forward to eating it, cooking it is another very unpleasant matter. My friend doesn’t leave until Monday or so. Maybe she will fix it. Hope hangs eternal.
