Hi @Erinmfs Erin - I'm with @imallears - fresh is so much better than frozen you'll want that in the future. However, if you have frozen shrimp, thaw as she suggested. It won't take long. Then, I would heat some olive oil/canola oil mix then add the shrimp. Season with some garlic powder and a little sea salt. Cook no more than 2-3 minutes per side. It doesn't take long and if you cook too long they will get a rubbery texture. Good luck. Keep us posted.

@debbraw- I agree- 3-5 minutes depending on the size. If they are slightly opaque that's ok too. I've eaten a lot of raw fish but unless it's in sushi and professionally caught and cared for I never eat raw fish.
