@jakedduck1 I don't think you want to be in NH. You would wimp out in the winter. 😀
I make a ham and cheese filled bread that my son used to LOVE. He wanted me to send it to CA for him! I asked him if he had any idea what that would cost for express shipping with dry ice. He was young and had no idea.
