@lioness I would hesitate about having the SCS also, is there anything else that can be done? If not have you considered going to a pain doctor to help you deal with the pain? I have heard they can be very helpful.

@contentandwell Yes that is who I'm going to pain management Dr. I will talk to him today he is giving me an injection hope it helps plus I found some stretching exercise that I think will help .
