No, I’m not kidding about doing things. I use to clean the house top to bottom and cook up a storm. My Neuropathy has gotten worse from the bottom of my feet to just above my waist. Both shoulders need replaced due to severe Arthritis from years of falling and surgeries. I’m limited to the time I can stand.

@jakedduck1 I think that @merpreb has an excellent point there. Maybe you should consider the surgeries. It sounds as you are living with too many areas of pain, life would be better if you could eliminate some of those painful areas.
