@karen00 - on the sweet and sour pork you use the juice with the cider vinegar and other parts of the sauce. At the end, you just add the pineapple chunks.
@hopeful33250 - The recipe called for 1 and 1/2 lbs of pork tenderloin. I bought the smallest package I could but it was still a little over one and three quarters. By the time I trimmed it down I thought I was close enough so I just went with what I had!
