@hopeful33250 Hi, You could use a mandoline for the thinnest most uniform slices. The food processor would have to have the attachment that you would feed the sprouts through....use to have one many years ago. Was more trouble than it was worth as I remember. I generally use a knife unless I am doing a large amount of slicing of veggies for a special dish or company. I also wear a glove that I use for grating when I use the knife cuz I am a klutz when it comes to nicking my fingers. Don't need blood in my veggies.

@imallears A good idea~ I'm a bit of a klutz when it comes to slicing veggies as well. I'll use the gloves as you suggested.
