Hi Teresa @hopeful33250 - They used to sell shaved brussel sprouts at Publix and I loved them. They discontinued them for some reason. So, now I have to do it myself. I hold onto the cut-off stem end and slice them thinly like you might slice an onion. Someone told me you could do this in a food processor, but I don't know how. Mine would end up mincing the brussel sprouts and you don't want that. Good luck!
