Hey cooking friends, Does anyone have an Instapot? I just bought one and I am excited to start trying it out. I welcome any recipes that you experienced users may have. Tomorrow I'm going to make sweet and sour pork as well as shaved brussel sprouts. I'll let you know if I like them better in the instapot or roasted.

Update on instapot cooking: I like roasted brussel sprouts better than ones done in the instapot. The positive part was that I put 2 lbs of shaved brussel sprouts in the cooker along with diced apples, dried cranberries, cooked bacon, cider vinegar, maple syrup and olive oil. It took 3 minutes to cook this whole thing perfectly. The downside was that I don't really like that vinegary taste and I hate the cabbage-y smell. It was made worse by the fact that when you vent the steam to let the pressure out, it goes all over the room making a terrible cabbage smell throughout the house. Yuck. I made hotdogs and hamburgers today and postponed my sweet and sour pork til tomorrow. I'll let you know how that comes out. (I don't mind my kitchen smelling like sweet and sour pork!)
