@parus

Frozen or fresh strawberries (any fruit) cook on medium heat until mushy. I like it smoother so used a potato masher once they were soft and removed from heat then added chia seeds according to how much fruit or until it was desired thickness and some lemon juice. Sweetener is optional. Cool and store in the frig. Anxious to try this with other fruits as they come in season!!!
Attitude is better. I do no flowers until after mother's day. Started doing pot inventory. Perennials have been up for over a month. Nothing blooming there as of yet. Just have to pace myself. ARGH!! Spring blooming trees/shrubs in the neighborhood mostly over.
The Oriole has moved on North for more blooming flowers.

@parus I may try the preserves sounds easy and since I live in Sr. Building All my plants Coleus and Philedendron as they get big I cut and root some then give away to others .I have 6 rooting now The others enjoy them now they are asking me for them 😊

@parus Sounds delicious, and not too sweet if you don't need to add sugar. When will all be expecting our jar in the mail? 😉
