@jakedduck1 I am glad you can use some of my tips. If I had a better gastric system I would also eat the veges crunchy, but my stomach doesn't do well with raw of half-cooked veges. I spoke of temperatures and times just because it is something I am working on learning right now. I like the different tastes of the roasted versus the baked or boiled, so I am motivated to work on this technique. It surprises me that foods get done faster at higher temperatures and less time without being over/underdone or dried out. I still almost always want something to add moisture, just in case.
