@lioness that’s why when I have the time I like to poach whole breasts with bones. Great broth afterward. I like it especially in the cooler months, to just drink the broth or to make a simple chicken soup.

@contentandwell Yes I get a Rotisserie chicken from Wal-Mart the keep bones freeze them till I'm ready to use them .I but Hammond do same for split pea soup .Never have used beef bones for the broth It probably take to many
