Good morning @lioness and everyone. If you rub lemon on the left over pieces of avocado and them wrap it in plastic wrap so that the wrap touches the meat of it it will not brown as much. It's the O2 that causes the browning. I love avocados but have to watch how much I eat because it's fattening, lol
