Hi ,
That’s interesting about avoiding certain veggies if there are kidney problems....would never think about avacados and spinach........still a lot of good stuff to eat though. Thanks for the info.

It surprised me as well. While I don't have kidney problems I do have another problem with avocados. Thanks for all of your great cooking ideas. I enjoy reading them all. You must enjoy cooking.
