Sounds like she has a loose canolith (inner ear calcium deposit that helps regulate balance). I've lived with one for years and found it's best to avoid looking way up or down in grocery stores. A loose canolith makes you feel miserable, like the worse case of sea sickness, and the world is spinning. To get back on track I do the canolith maneuver. @harriethodgson1 That maybe ,Dr said test showed damaged e inner ear but I can't hyperextend my neck as this is when I get dizzy This is why Dr gave me these ear exercises it's suppose to put those crystals back in place
