When I'm full of gas, I do get weak legs. If I take something for the gas (Gas-X or activated charcoal) and walk around to get things moving, then the weakness goes away even when I feel like I shouldn't be walking because my legs are weak. I think something about the gas pressure must press on something to do with the legs. Either that or it's mild dehydration from too many loose stools (?) causing the leg muscles to cramp. But it feels more like just weakness. No one can explain this but I feel like we have to be our own detectives as so many digestive symptoms aren't "textbook". I hear them from others with digestive issues too so I know it's not just me. I do sometimes get bladder issues. I had SIBO at one time and the person treating me said that where the SIBO was at that time was behind the bladder so after a few bowel movements or if I would lie down on my back, the bladder pressure got significantly better. I have also had mild bladder infections but apparently that's all part of the package--low pH, leaky gut, yeast overgrowth, bladder infection. I'm taking a lot of supplements and nutrients that are helping to heal me from the inside out so to speak, but it's a long process.

I was hoping to be tested for SIBO, but our labs are not open during Covid. The strange thing about my issues are I only have issues on my left side. I have normal BM ( sometimes leaving my in aching pain for hours), but many times I can not finish with urination and the intestines, urinary tract and muscles on the left are in constant spasms. I soon developed internal vibrations with pins and needles through out the body, some numbness, weak legs, nerve pain. It's the strangest thing and ALL my doctors are stumped. It's so very odd to me what is going on with my body ( our bodies). I have been working with a few friends on trying to figure me out. Have you looked into Dysautonomia?
