cancer lymph nodes

I have a good friend. Paul has been suffering for 6 months. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get him on the road to recovery. They just this week finally found cancer in the lymph nodes. What are the best routes Paul can go thru to cure himself. It seems 6 months of medical testing is too long a time to find a solution.

@jpenterm, can you tell us more about the type of cancer your friend has? Does he have a type of lymphoma or does he have a primary cancer that has spread to his lymph nodes?
