Does anyone with AFIB NOT take blood thinners?

I guess the metoprolol keeps my heart rate low enough that it doesn't trigger it. I was trying to wean off of it this week to see if it helped my back pain but today my pulse is over 100 so that's not gonna work.

I also cut out all caffeine. I think the prior bout was triggered by too much caffeine. I miss chocolate but I don't want to have another incident. It was so scary!

OK, But how do you know you have not had another bout?

Back pain try cbd. I had back pain and leg pain cbd seems to control both although it is expensive the alternative ( pain ) is worse. One oz in the am and 1/2 oz in evening pain is bearable
Also found that triggers cause most of my arrhythmia episodes caffine and alcohol (any kind and minimal amounts
On xeralto daily for 9 yrs . Only bleeding episodes were from 2 Falls no external blood and over soon with only ugly looks
