This type of reflux can be acid or the mucus… sensation of post nasal drip. You can find more by searching for silent reflux or laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR). I had regular acid reflux for many years from a sliding hiatal hernia. Because of the surgeries I had I now have the silent reflux.
