Hello @melboy68, Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Sorry to hear you having burning pain and your knee is still swelling. I know after my knee replacement I was not icing and elevating my leg enough and my surgeon scolded me on my follow up appointment. Did your surgeon or care team mention anything about icing and elevating the leg?

Was told to do it for the 1st 6 weeks, and then only after I went back on 2 occasions with complaints of pain, tight band feeling, and swelling. Told to elevate 3 days and ice
