Hello @deniserosado39, Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Sorry to hear you are having burning pain 3 months after your knee replacement. I had minor pain and stiffness in the first few months after my knee replacement. What helped me and what my surgeon and care team constantly encouraged me to do was ice the knee and elevate the leg frequently during the day. I was doing it after exercising the knee and leg but not doing it enough the rest of the day. I'm glad you found something that helps some with the pain.
I had my right knee done but my left knee is still pretty good although I do have degenerative arthritis in the knee but don't have any pain with it. Good luck on your upcoming left knee replacement, hoping it goes smoother and with less or no pain. How soon are you scheduled to have your left knee replacement done?
