I know it must be discouraging to have been doing great for 3 months and then get plunged back into pain. I'm hoping you get some relief soon. But I'm not sure I totally understand what you mean by "I played gold st week 11" . Can you elaborate? Also, wondering how you found out you had patellar tendonitis?
