Thank you!! She started a diet two ago, similar to keto but no dairy and done other things she is doing. She already felt a bit better from the yeast but she is tired, frequent headaches I am still wirried about she having some other underlined condition we haven’t found. She will be making an appointment tomorrow with Mayo Clinic but for sure I will refer this book to her. She has been watching a doctor in you tube and following a “Cándida diet” almost like a keto diet with no dairy and chicken broth. Additional info will for sure help her.
