I am in Canada and asking to have an MRI done privately. However I have an ileostomy and am worried about metal in sutures. Also the contrast agent is concerning me. I have been suffering from IBS after taking antibiotics last year, and have discomfort under my ribs. Am being traumatized by pancreatic cancer in the news. Do not know if the mri will calm me down or just add to my ibs issue.
