Jumbled sums it up. Angry with the physical pain as cannot get it under control. Hurts no matter what. Emotions all over the place. The anger does not help the pain in the least. Anger may be why pain is more intense. Please no one placate me with platitudes for now or suggest I take deep breathes.
Needed to touch base is all. I know there are some who will understand.
