Chest pain and all left side pain
Hello all. For months now I have had left side chest pains. Then sometimes goes to right. Left pains. Seems around left and right of nipple. Arm aches at times and jaw. All left side. I have had ecco, stress test, and ekgs. I also get lightheaded and it lasts for hours at a time. Also have developed Reflux. My GP guesses costochondritis but it can’t be. I also slouch In adesk job all day. Any idea guys? Desperate. I also have anxiety so that doesn’t help. I am a father and husband and I’m worrying to death that I can’t get answers.

@jadillow With your symptoms I suggest you see a cardiologist
I already have. He is the one that did the test. Said all is well but I know my body
@jadillow Yes we do and have to advocate for our bodies Keep calling Dr till they do something just suggesting
Thank you. I will take any advice I can get. Was looking to see if anyone else had similar issues and how they overcame it
@jadillow If your insurance allows it, get a second opinion. Do you get any relief from stretching exercises, seeing that you said you slouch?
Ginger
Not really. I used to be very active. Not so much anymore
@jadillow As gingers said even the smallest about of stretching will help will your Dr order P.T? This would help In on therapy now for stretching hamstring then my back will be better see if your Dr can just suggesting
Just thinking after reading your post several times I too suggest a 2nd opinion. I saw that you are sitting all day at a desk job. I don't know how many years you have been doing this, but your body conforms with your work and vicversa. You said you are no longer as active. I too would talk to the doc about physical therapy and some ways to relieve your body from stressful positions. I know for me sitting with the computer for too long and then barely get up. I do pool exercises at our local physical therapy building and it helps. I hope you can find relief. The anxiety also works against your muscles making them tight and painful. My best to you.
Thank you to all do you. It has been very stressful for me and my family. I was actually looking into a chiropractor and I also have ddp yoga I am going to start back. Every time I had an “attack” and go to er, they seem to brush it off to anxiety. They don bloodwork. Would that show heart issues? My pulse rate is normal 55-70 when resting. I just find it hard to believe I have an anxiety attack everyday but I guess it’s possible
@jadillow When you mentioned chiropractor this rang a bell in my head . I remember long time ago I was in my 30.s I had pain in chest on Left side and back . I am a great believer in them so I went to him and told him what was going on he adjusted me and it was instant relieve . I thought it was either my heart or stomach problems . He told me the nerve that was going to stomach was being pinched but once he released that I was find and could take a deep breath again. This was my experience don't know if this helps . take care ,we care here
