Just thinking after reading your post several times I too suggest a 2nd opinion. I saw that you are sitting all day at a desk job. I don't know how many years you have been doing this, but your body conforms with your work and vicversa. You said you are no longer as active. I too would talk to the doc about physical therapy and some ways to relieve your body from stressful positions. I know for me sitting with the computer for too long and then barely get up. I do pool exercises at our local physical therapy building and it helps. I hope you can find relief. The anxiety also works against your muscles making them tight and painful. My best to you.

Thank you to all do you. It has been very stressful for me and my family. I was actually looking into a chiropractor and I also have ddp yoga I am going to start back. Every time I had an “attack” and go to er, they seem to brush it off to anxiety. They don bloodwork. Would that show heart issues? My pulse rate is normal 55-70 when resting. I just find it hard to believe I have an anxiety attack everyday but I guess it’s possible
