they're individually owned franchises and only as good as their owner/manager who also sets the monthly fees.
In my area, yes, it’s expensive! ($169-219/mo.). But they have other machines that are very helpful that adds greatly to the value IMHO — red light therapy, compression boots, PEMT, & biocharger (different locations have different machines.).
I wish they had one near me. I have worked out for 30 years but only with coaches.
I just had a phone call with them yesterday. $147 per month 1x per week. They have a la cart (additional therapy options) didn't sign up, reading a lot cons to pros and no scientific proof. So on the fence at this minute.
Check if your health insurance will pay for it—mine does (United Healthcare)
