I am having a difficult time healing from surgery so walking and moving seems to make my pain worse but I am trying hard to get more active but as I said it seems like my mental health is getting worse

@harm If it's hard to move just try to do best you can .What kind of interest did you do in the past that you enjoyed?Puzzles,search a words ,crosswords just some examples
