Anyone Heard of Pirenzepine for Small Fiber Neuropathy?

It does sound promising but I noticed a tiny little disclaimer under WinSanTor's Solution heading on their site -- ...(Please keep in mind that although this drug is believed to work for multiple indications of PN, the mechanism below is specific to treating DPN). I'm assuming they are talking about diabetic peripheral neuropathy and may not help with other neuropathies.

Here's a research article from the American Diabetes Association that lists some WinSanTor investors/researchers:

Actually, they are including chemo induced neuropathy, per my communications with them. My fear is that even if it works for some it may not help me because mine is possibly dual induced and has been here for about four years, i.e. permanent.
