Thank you @jmb73. Although your medical situation is diverse and to some extent delicate, you have managed to choose the correct medical cannabis products and through experimentation, find a dosing protocol that works well. I use tinctures with the same delivery system, under the tongue. I am very worried about that arthritic bone spur that is pushing on your nerve. I have one of those.

During the thoracic surgery, the nerve was found bruised and damaged. The surgeon told me that because nerves take so long to heal, this one wouldn’t make it in my lifetime. So enter medical cannabis and I now feel like I am living every day to its full potential for age 77 with chronic pain.

Please stay in touch. I want to be a part of your journey. May you be content and healthy. Chris

I am 75 and my PC said to make an appointment with a pain management Dr. but I will keep using the CBD and THC. She didn't mention surgery as an option. I had Gamma surgery last Jan and it took 8 months for the pin site infection to heal. The neuro surgeon couldn't believe it. I am supposed to have a hip replacement but my thumbs have collapsed so they want to replace the cartilage before I have my hip replaced. I have decided not to have either operation even though I am in pain as I am concerned about the healing. Having thoracic surgery scares me too. My IgM is below normal and I have had the pneumonia shot 3 times and the titers have not gone up. I will just keep taking my CBD and hope for the best.
