@burningfeetinphoenix, @rasputin, You may have noticed that I didn't get back to you right away. Guess what? I lost the entire post because the internet coughed or something. I wish there was an automatic save on this program.
Let me begin again. I am replying to both of you in the same post since you may both benefit from the same information.
@burningfeetinphoenix were you able to find the answers you needed about regulations in Arizona? What is your take on that state program? Will it work for you? I am happy to share my experience with dosages and timing. Do you have questions about product choices or dosages?
@rasputin, I appreciate your response also, especially the words that you may not have given up on medical cannabis. Here is a link for you to explore. Without additional information like the name of the product and the ratios of contributing ingredients, I cannot give you a verifiable response. My hunch is that the product you used did not include THC as described in the attached article.

I find Leafly to be authentic and the photo includes Care by Design, a company whose products I have used for several years. The regulation that comes with legalization does result in products that are a lot more consistent and reliable.
I also wanted to mention that after dosing with a 2:1 CBD/THC tincture regularly for several years, at this time there is no noticeable psychotropic high, just the sudden comfort of pain relief and a reduction in the intensity of the needles that run roughshod over my hands. My life partner uses this 2:1 ratio for reducing the impact of restless leg syndrome at night. That means he sleeps well and all through the night, finally. He also tells me that there is no "high", just relief. Do you have new questions or comments?
May you both have comfort and be free of suffering. Chris
