I currently don't have a doctor only the surgeon that did my surgery and he doesn't seem to care just keeps telling me to use a heating pad but that doesn't work. My mental health doesn't seem to be of concern to him either

Well that's the first thing to do. Find a doctor to help you. You shouldn't have to suffer

@hgarm If you do not have a family doctor I will suggest you find one. A surgeon is a specialist. Try the family doctor. Not being critical in any way. A suggestion and a direction to go in.
