@hgarm -I'm glad that you found Mayo Connect. I can see that you are having a very rough time, I'm sorry. There's nothing worse than unrelenting pain. I don't know if you've had any follow-up images taken to see what might be going on. I don't believe that you should be experiencing this amount of pain a month after surgery. The surgery itself could have caused a disruption of some sort a month later as Gail said.
It also sounds like you need either another doctor. Or maybe got to the emergency room.
Are you able to function at all during the day?

I have been to the ER 4 times in a month first time they removed my appendix and the 4th time they removed my gallbladder, other wise they just sent me home and said to follow up with a Dr which is what inhave been trying to do but can't due to appointments being scheduled out so far.
Not really most of the day I am balled up crying or trying not to cry. I can't even focus on school which is causing issues. I usually end up sitting in the shower and crying for an hour
