Falling forward
Standing at the stove cooking, almost fell face first into the pan. No warning. Has anyone had this happen?

I fell into the washing machine and on my dining room table. I called my cardiologist and he had me wear a heart monitor for 2 weeks. My heart would flutter for 16 seconds. The diagnosis was AFIB and I am on metopropol and eloquis (blood thinner). I have had 2 minor spells but no falling so I think it is now controlled. It might be what is causing your spells. Good luck
Hi, @gommas8 - just wanted to check in with you and see how things are going following your almost fall into the pan on the stove? Have you learned anything further about what may have been going on?
Hello @gommas8 and welcome to Connect.
I can understand your concern about falling forward. That would certainly be frightening to any of us.
I hope you have had an opportunity to read the post by @jmb73, who had experiences similar to yours. Have you sought an appointment with your PCP or with a cardiologist regarding this problem?
If you are comfortable doing so, I would love to hear from you and know how you are doing. Can you post an update?
@jmb73
Rather drastic way of getting out of washing your face. Did you need stitches after either episode. Hope you weren’t seriously hurt.
