foamy urine.

What is the definition of " foamy urine " ? I see bubbles after going but I thought that was always the case.

Is your urine dark (concentrated?)
Do you have Diabetes or High Blood pressure?
Has this started since beginning a new medication?
Have you recently had a kidney function test?
