@ryniceal this really is odd. I hope the allergist can figure something out. I’ll be curious to hear what he/she has to say.
You say they go away by morning - how long do they last?

If they come on earlier in the evening say 6pm.. I'll notice them go away within a few hours.. sometimes less. If its later.. and I'm falling asleep with them still bothering me... when I wake up.. they're gone.. I dont have them during the day. Its extremely odd.

...and the steroid shot didnt help.

Get tested via bloodwork for lupus

This is my exact experience to the detail! Lupus affects skin and there is one type that seems to really show as skin issues. I know this is years late. I just learned about it and was diagnosed. At night the monster comes out! I justgot 4 prescriptions to deal with the hives and itch and the rows of raised skin on arms. Like farmer fields before planting. I hope you long ago got this fixsd.
