Thank you. Cbd oil will be my next step but I would need to come off Effexor first and I am very sensitive to it and finding the withdrawals unbeatable.

The only way to manage the withdrawals is with a therapeutic dose of prozac and ween off the prozacc10 mg for a week. 5 mg for a week. Then done. I promise you this will save you.
