Hi, one thing l've noticed if l eat more than usual for dinner l pay for it the next day. Doc said twice a day and continue for 4 weeks after off vancomycin. It's the only probiotic she recommended and she's a gastroenterologist.
I have had good days in the last 10 months but suffer now badly with anxiety, have no desire to go to hospital with the covid thing going on.
