The anxiety is so overwhelming at times. I am ok and then for no reason cry or have a feeling of impending doom. I was told about a book to read that gives an overview of how much the microbes In our body affect so many different things. I am going to read this if it is worth reading I will share the name.

thank you for posting this. I thought it was just me. I get so buzzy from anxiety and fear almost with this C Diff. You do start to wonder if this is what is going to take you down,then you feel a little better and you have hope. Today,I take one day at a time, very careful about how much food goes in me and what. do take Ativan occasionally when it gets bad, funny, but I don`t feel the signs of C Diff when I take one.
