Thanks for responding. Yes, I have tried glucose in a tablet form a friend told me about. It did not agree. I should double check the product and any "inactive" ingredients. I also take probiotics, usually 2 per day. Regarding ginger, haven't tried that yet. It's on the list. How many of the Dissolut capsules do you use per meal, and what is their strength? Thanks so much again!

Hi - You need to calculate the amount of sugar you are getting in the diet. Each pill of Lutomerase (Xylose Isomerase) can handle about 8 g of sugar. The strength is 75 mg/pill. This will help you figure out how many pills you need. Make sure you are regular in taking the pills when you eat. Do keep an interval of 4 hours between meals. Keep me posted.
