I have internal vibrations c3 yrs. I’m told it’s just pins and needles. I can’t function because of this. They never stop

Have you tried low carb, no sugar or caffeine? It helps me. I have been told it could be my vegus nerve overstimulation. Vegus nerve is all the nerves throughout your body. I have posted more info.
