@brigby I have Bronchiectasis and MAC, diagnosed in Feb. My chest and thoracic area hurt/ache whenever I recline too long on my back, like watching tv laying on my couch. I already have DDD issues so I can't speak to back pain caused by lung disease. It's pretty uncomfortable tho.

@margiebanks I have DDD as well...one of the “in common” symptoms for many of us. Thanks for your thoughts. Never knonif I just need it rest more, or go exercise more to relieve the pains!
