@brigby I have Bronchiectasis and MAC, diagnosed in Feb. My chest and thoracic area hurt/ache whenever I recline too long on my back, like watching tv laying on my couch. I already have DDD issues so I can't speak to back pain caused by lung disease. It's pretty uncomfortable tho.
